We structure our process to ensure each interview has a specific focus. You’ll be partnered with our Recruitment Lead, Kristian, who will help you schedule and prepare for your interviews, as well as provide feedback at each stage.
Some key things we look for throughout the process
- We want to understand your job skills/experience, behavioural traits, and what motivates you. We’ll dive deep into each of these points throughout the process 🤿
- Your interest in Rooser and our mission matters to us. We don’t expect you to become a seafood enthusiast overnight, but we do want people who have taken the time to look into our business and the mission we’re working towards. That means using the materials provided and starting to build a view of what interests you about us. 📖
- We’re here to answer your questions throughout the process, so please ask! Some candidates have come to interviews with specific questions; others have created a document and listed their questions so we can reply async and in detail. It’s up to you, but please use the opportunity to ask us anything you like! 🙋
