the service rate is used to calculate the performance of Rooser in terms of transport. the latter can be affected by 3 actors in independent ways and in various ways.

The 3 players in question are:

• Rooser (bad information transmitted...)
• Supplier (order not shipped...)
• The carrier (ex lost merchandise...)
